I am Mary Jo Yarbrough and have been with RiteLife services for almost a year, working as a Recovery Peer Specialist with a personal journey of resilience and transformation. I facilitate Recovery groups, as well as Art Therapy groups on the weekends. After overcoming my own struggles with addiction, I am committed to helping others navigate their recovery path. With firsthand experience, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental approach, supporting individuals through the ups and downs of recovery.
Having been in recovery for almost two years, I understand the importance of connection, community, and the power of shared experience. As a grateful team member of RiteLife Services, I actively provide guidance, encouragement, and practical resources to individuals in various stages of recovery.
When not working with Individuals, I am a full time mom, and student expanding my education. I consider myself an advocate for recovery awareness and mental health initiatives, striving to break down stigma and create supportive, inclusive environments. As a recovering addict, and Peer Specialist my mission is to empower others to discover their strength and reclaim their lives, knowing that recovery is possible for anyone who is willing to take the first step.
