I am Dan Silvestri doing outreach to those individuals incarcerated in the county detention center. I have always been involved in human services in my passion to help other community members who may have fallen upon misfortune for one reason or another. It is important for me to assist individuals in re-entering the community especially in areas of housing, employment, substance abuse recovery, mental health recovery, personal relationships, and other areas important to the individual’s needs.

I am presently in the process of becoming proficient and certified in the areas of Wellness Recovery Action Planning and Peer Counseling. My motivation is to continue learning and growing as I help others to function on higher self-chosen levels and continually meet more of their personal wellness goals.
