I am Arianna Lauritano currently work as the Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) Supervisor at RiteLife Services. In this capacity, I am dedicated to cultivating strong, supportive relationships with community partners, addressing the unique needs of individuals, fostering a safe and inclusive work environment, and ensuring that program deliverables are consistently met.
My passion for helping others has been a driving force in my career, motivating me to pursue further education to enhance my ability to support individuals on a deeper level. Through my involvement in peer support, I have gained confidence in using my personal experiences to positively impact others.
My journey with RiteLife Services began during my internship for the bachelor’s program in Human Services Generalist at Indian River State College. During this time, I gained valuable hands-on experience providing services to individuals, which solidified my commitment to helping the community. This experience sparked a passion for the work that went beyond my expectations and led to my role as PATH Outreach and becoming a Certified Recovery Peer Specialist. I later advanced to the PATH Case Manager position and am now honored to serve as the PATH Supervisor.
Throughout this progression, I have developed a deep understanding of the importance of individualized services and the impact of my own mental health recovery journey on the work I do. In addition to my professional growth, I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Social Work at Florida State University, further enhancing my knowledge and skills in the field.
I am truly grateful for the opportunity to serve the community, to offer hope, compassion, and non-judgment, and to support individuals on their paths to healing and recovery.”
