My name is Alexys Connelly and I am the CFO for RiteLife Services. I have a lifetime of lived experience, both through my family, as well as my own. I have spent much of my life trying to find fulfillment in so many ways, but always the most toxic, unhealthy ways and by using other people as a coping mechanism for my own trauma. I realized, with the help of my mother, that recovery is not linear and that it looks different for each of us.

Through my recovery and healing beginning in March 2015, I have found such a special path in helping others. My ability and love of serving others has paved my way to be able to work for this amazing organization. I am so blessed and so thankful to work with this group of people who all have a heart for helping others. Recovery for me has given me an opportunity to surround myself with like-minded people who support and encourage those around them.
